We decided to do a visa at arrival which is actually pretty simple. You line up at a touchscreen kiosk (3 were working) to type in your data or print the visa application at home which requires you to bring a passport picture. 14 days 25 USD or 24€ or any other currency or credit card. 

The entire procedure took us over an hour…. 😉

Arjun and Raj (our trekking guides) waited outside to pick us up. Before anything a warm welcome, hugs and flowers were exchanged.
