(June 2016) The moment I learned about the fitness/yoga retreat I knew that I wanted to be part of it: Thursday to Sunday – Mallorca, 14 women, remote location with 3 activities per day👍🏽. Plus believe it or not,I have never been on Mallorca  before even so being a German. 

Actually Thursday I take the liberty to claim 4 activities: getting up before 4 in the morning to be ready for the taxi driver who picked  me up at 4:30, flight Berlin/Plama de Mallorca 8Am. This for sure already qualified as one activitie if not 2. 😎

When we arrived Alex Hippwell (our trainer) waited for us at the airport. Most of of the other women I only got to know when we all met at our meeting point. We were all a bit tired but very excited and super eager to get to the finka.

3 fab ladies arranged everything for us and took care of us: Alex (#alexhipwell), Albertine (#albertinevaniterson) and Mimi (#mimi_goforfit).

Our Briefing: Bring: BIKINI/BATHING SUIT, BEACH/POOL TOWEL (WE HAVE SHOWER TOWELS), TRAINING/RUNNING SHOES, SPORT SHORTS/TIGHT/SHIRT/TANKS ,YOGA OUTFIT, SPORT SOCKS, PARTY OUTFIT (we might hit the club with whoever is up for a dance!), A TSHIRT THATS OK TO GET WET  (no contest! …unless you like to show what you’ve got!) IN THE EVENING OR AFTER LATE NIGHT SKINNY DIPPING IT CAN STILL BE CHILLY SO ALSO BRING A SWEATER.IF YOU HAVE A YOGA MAT AND IT FITS YOUR LUGGAGE, PLEASE BRING IT AS WELL! AND OF COURSE ANYTHING YOU WISH TO TAKE ALONG, LIKE A LIP- OR SELFIESTICK AND LEAVE SOME SPACE IN YOUR LUGGAGE FOR YOUR SHE SHE GIFT SET! 😉 FOOD WE WILL BE COOKING CLEAN FOOD BUFFET STYLE  ALL CARNIVORE, VEGGIE AND VEGAN OPTIONS MAIL US IF YOU NEED/WISH ANYTHING SPECIFIC, #SHESHESUMMER2016

We shared rooms, had multiple bathrooms, a pool, kitchen, 2 outdoor dining areas and it was absolutely peaceful.

After we arrived we had some pool chill time …👍🏽
The place was the best for a work out!!!!
