Just landed in Paris. Standard routine: Uber. 

“Madame you need a taxi.” “Yes calling an Uber.” “!?? !!l” looking with a shaking head at some other guys waiting, brief exchange, he looked at me again:”‘Forbidden! Not good.” “I know same in Germany: forbidden and not good!” 🙂

He turned around to the guys asking, talking, shaking head again : 40€?!  Never one said. Well for that my French is good enough. I smiled and said: “Exactly never”.  My driver was already awaiting me with a big smile.

Time moves on, for some faster and some try to make the world stand still …..
